ShielDocto is a brand of Forward Gates Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong (Company No. 80760543). In these terms, we and us mean Forward Gates Limited.

By using this website — whether as a customer verifying your warranty, or as a dealer applying to join — you agree to the terms described here.

02For customers

2.1Warranty registration

• Your warranty is registered by the approved dealer who installed your product, and includes proof photos of your vehicle and plate taken at install time
• Your unique warranty code is an independent proof document — keep it

2.2Verifying your warranty

• You can verify your warranty at any time via the verification page, by entering your registered phone number and confirming a code sent to your email

2.3Periodic checkups

• Your warranty requires a periodic checkup visit on scheduled dates, which you’ll be reminded of
• Failing to attend the checkup within the specified grace period automatically voids the warranty — after that, you will not receive further alerts for that warranty
• The warranty does not transfer automatically when the vehicle is sold, unless formally arranged with the dealer or administration

2.4What’s covered and what’s not

• Coverage terms and exclusions vary by installed product — PPF, Window Tint, or Front Shields — and are shown to you in full when you verify your warranty
• The warranty covers manufacturing and installation defects only, and does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or the external factors listed on your warranty details page

03For dealers/partners

3.1Application and approval

• Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance — every application is subject to administrative review
• Administration reserves the right to reject or suspend any dealer account for reasons related to violating these terms

3.2Dealer obligations

• Every warranty you register must identify the technician who actually performed the installation, and include genuine proof photos of that same installation
• Registering fictitious warranties, or using photos that don’t belong to the actual installation being registered, is prohibited — any violation may result in immediate account suspension
• The dealer is responsible for the accuracy of the customer data they enter: name, phone, and email

3.3Vehicle quota (batches)

• Each dealer is tied to a specific vehicle quota based on their actual purchase volume
• Registering a new warranty is not possible once the quota is fully used, until it’s renewed by administration
• Quota already used is not refunded even if the associated warranty is later voided, since the physical material was already applied to the vehicle

3.4Listing on the public Partner Directory

• Once your account is approved, your business name, location, city, and services appear on a public map visible to site visitors
• You may request to be hidden from this directory at any time while keeping the rest of your account active

3.5Order requests

• Submitting a product order request through your dashboard does not constitute a final sale — it’s a contact request routed to the relevant regional manager to confirm details, payment, and delivery manually

04Acceptable use

• Automated, abusive, or unusually high-volume use of any form on this site — dealer registration, order requests, warranty verification — is prohibited
• Attempting to access warranty or dealer account data you’re not authorized to view is prohibited

05Limitation of liability

• The site is provided “as is,” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability
• WhatsApp and email notifications depend on third-party services, and we are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by factors outside our control

06Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
